Festival Socks

Whether it’s a local country festival or a music festival further afield, you’ll know that comfort is key when it comes to being outside all day long (or for multiple days and nights). One item that can add extra comfort is getting the right pair of socks. It might sound silly but being on your feet all day requires the most appropriate footwear and socks.

There’s no point in investing in quality footwear if you don’t have the right socks to pair with them. If you’re going to be in walking shoes or boots, we recommend getting yourself some hiking socks. Even if you’re not walking for hours, they’ve been designed with extra padding on your foot’s pressure points. Despite our hiking socks having thermal properties, they’re super lightweight and breathable, making them perfect for all weathers.

If you’ve gone for a pair of regular leather or suede boots, boot socks should do the trick instead. They’re very cosy so maybe don’t wear them if it’s particularly warm out but festival season doesn’t have to mean the height of summer. Maybe you’re just going for a wander around your local town festival for an hour or two. If you’re opting for your favourite trainers, a pair of sports ankle socks might be better for your feet. They’re slightly longer than a traditional sports trainer sock as they have a raised back, ideal if you’re prone to blisters. These socks are well-padded and cushioned, perfect for wearing with all trainers from running trainers to canvas plimsolls.
