Women's Summer Outfits

Women’s summer outfits can often be tricky as you still want to look put-together and look great but also feel cool (in more ways than one)! You can definitely be cute and casual during summer whilst still looking ladylike.

A must-have item for any country lady is a checked shirt. However, it’s far too warm for a fitted long-sleeved version, so you can get yourself a sleeveless version of your favourite check instead. With palettes of pink, green, and blue, as well as everything in between, there’s a colour blend for you.

If you prefer a looser fit or aren’t a fan of button-up styles in summer, you could go for a floaty blouse instead. Whether it’s sleeveless or a cap-sleeved version, we love our country-themed printed blouses. They’re not oversized (unless you choose to size up), simply just a more relaxed fit, perfect for hot summer days in the garden or at a barbecue. Pair them with jeans if it’s not as warm, or opt for a skirt or shorts if it’s hot outside for gorgeous women’s summer outfits. Tweed skirts can be a little restrictive during hot weather, so opt for lighter materials, especially if they have sweat-wicking properties. We love cotton skirts and shorts because they’re lightweight and comfortable. However, chino and denim shorts can often be more practical for lots of us. A classic pair of denim shorts will never go out of style. How about trying a pair of chino shorts or a skirt in a country colour, such as khaki or pastel pink?
